OGDEN-Charles Roscoe Seegmiller, 72, 459 Cross, Ogden, was dead on arrival Tuesday night at an Ogden hospital of a heart ailment. Born Feb. 1, 1892, Kanab, Kane County, to Charles and Ida Morris Seegmiller. Married Elizabeth Crowther, July 26, 1922, Logan LDS Temple. Retired teacher, South Washington Junior High School, Mound Fort Junior High School. Member, LDS Forty-second Ward. High Priest, Lorin Farr Stake. Came to Ogden, 35 years ago from St. George. Veteran, World War I. Survivors: widow; son, daughters, Reed C., Clearfield; Mrs. Walter (Betty) Ruefenacht, Lafayette, Calif.; Mrs. Elwood (Jeanean) Copenhaver, San Bernardino, Calif.; seven grandchildren; brother, sisters, Keith, Washington D.C.; Miss Misha Seegmiller, Mrs. Emma Snow, Mrs. Ellen Bentley, all St. George; Mrs. John Q. Adams, Midvale; Mrs. Ida Harrison, Roosevelt. Funeral Saturday 11 a.m. Myers Mortuary where friends call Firday 7-9 p.m., Saturday prior to services. Burial Ogden City Cemetery.
