     Joseph Smith was born on Monday, 23 December 1805 in Sharon, Windsor, Vermont.1 He was the son of Joseph Smith and Lucy Mack.1 At the age of 23, Joseph Smith was baptized in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on Friday, 15 May 1829.1 He ordained Joseph Stewart Allen on 1838; seventy by Joseph Smith, Jr. in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.2 At the age of 36, Joseph Smith received his endowment on Thursday, 5 May 1842.1 At the age of 14, Helen Mar Kimball married Joseph Smith in May 1843 in Smith's Store, Nauvoo, Hancock, Illinois.1 He died on Thursday, 27 June 1844 in the Carthage Jail, Carthage, Illinois at the age of 38 years, 6 months and 4 days.1 He was buried on Saturday, 29 June 1844 in Nauvoo, Hancock, Illinois.1 He was sealed to Helen Mar Kimball on 3 February 1846 in the Nauvoo Temple, Nauvoo, Hancock, Illinois.1
